Introduction
We aim to provide excellent service to all our customers and continually strive to improve. We are located on the site of a delightful holiday complex called Knockerdown Farm Holiday cottages and Brackendale Restaurant operates form the site too.

We are approx 5 miles from Ashbourne market place on the B5035 very close to Carsington Water, opposite a pub called the Knockerdown Inn.

We are on the bus route from Ashbourne to Bakewell and local taxi firms operate in the area.

Arrival
We have a large free car park on site There is a flat path leading to our door We are open 7 days a week on a flexible basis. Opening times approx 9.30am to 5.00pm (evenings by arrangement) .

Reception & treatment areas
The reception is located up 1 flight of wide straight stairs. There are 15 steps and a strong hand rail on both sides. We have seating in the reception area.

Toilets and Changing Rooms
These are located on the ground floor and there is an accessible unisex toilet which includes a baby changing facility. There are male and female toilets and changing rooms, all on the ground floor with no steps.

Pool Area
The pool and sauna are through a wide door, all on one level. There are 3 wide steps in to the shallow end with a strong hand rail and 6 ladder type steps into the deeper end also with a hand rail. The pool is 3ft in the shallow end and 6 ft in the deep end .
